McGuire Wholesale Inc. is looking for a qualified Truck Body and Automotive Accessory Installer to join our team in Upper Sandusky, Ohio
A qualified Truck Body and Automotive Accessory Installer should have extensive knowledge of fabrication, welding, routing, and electrical installation processes. They should also be familiar with metal working tools, as well as different types of fasteners and adhesives used in vehicle installation projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and the confidence to work independently on complex installation tasks.
The successful candidate should also possess excellent interpersonal, problem solving, and organizational skills. They should be capable of reading and interpreting technical drawings and have a good understanding of the appropriate safety protocols associated with vehicle installation projects.
The Truck Body and Auto Accessories Installer will be responsible for the accurate and timely installation of vehicle accessories and truck bodies including bumpers, side panels, spoilers, winches, racks, and any other aftermarket automotive equipment. This includes cutting, welding, shaping, finishing, and mounting parts to the vehicle. They will also need to perform electrical wiring and make sure it is properly grounded and compliant with safety regulations.
Overall, they should be reliable, detail-oriented and have a proven track record of success in completing automotive installation projects
